Review for Wells College, Aurora, NY, USA
As an administrator, Wells College is poorly managed finncially. The infrasture is old and needs serious updates. Top administrators are way overpaid. The school offers no night or weekend classes. There are no online opportunities. Professors virtually manage the campus and create schedules that meet their needs.
The president of the college earns approximately $250,000.00 a year. This is outrageous fo a school with about 500 students.
In essence, the college is stuck in a time warp and has no vision for the future. It's financial survival us dubious.

Terminate all senior administrators and hire officials who are in sync with college needs and have a vision for the future.
