HOBY Colorado is an incredible organization that incorporated voices from all parts of Colorado to help facilitate important conversations about leadership for Colorado's next generation of leaders. I attended the seminar in 2015 and walked away with an improved understanding of how to work with a team and embrace diverse ideas and backgrounds to make a positive impact on my home community.
