I adopted Darla in August of 2021. Darla was a sweet and gentle, loving 8 year old Shih Tzu. She was found on the streets having been abandoned. Sue and Misfits team surrounded her with love and gave her the medical attention she needed. It was love at first sight and my heart was filled with joy when I brought her home.

When we discovered another health issue, Sue took her back to Misfits and after surgery nursed her until she was in good health and could return home to be with me. Because of Sue and Misfits team Darla was able to live the life she deserved.

I highly recommend Misfits as the Rescue with a Heart and Soul. They will do whatever possible to help a dog in need. I will adopt again.
