Many don't seem to like the organization because they "Donate" money to receive trees and aren't happy with the shipping or quality. In reality, it's not a donation if you're personally expecting something in return.

I've enjoyed working with Arbor Day Foundation's reforestation program and actually donating to plant trees in specific reforestation projects in need of funding. Last year I was able to direct my support to plant trees in Paradise, CA and Pike National Forest in Colorado in response to wildfires in recent years. And according to their last Annual Report, they planted almost 40 million trees in 2021. As an outdoors enthusiast, that's absolutely amazing for birds, animals, and fish.

Apparently not a great organization if you want to benefit from your donation. But I think it's a great organization if you're looking to make a positive impact on the environment and climate.
