I appreciate the education on fish decide in different oceans, allowing me to contribute to REEF’s purpose, as a citizen scientist.

Our favorite vacation is doing REEF surveys on scuba diving trips! So appreciate all the wonderful educational opportunities provided by REEF.

Not only do I get to contribute to scientific knowledge via the Volunteer Fish Survey Project, but my experience and REEF certification level has led to volunteer diving for various marine parks. Some of the sites I’ve surveyed as part of a quarterly team of divers are off limits to recreational divers.
