Lisa and Kurt have spent decades putting the care and well being of animals at the top of their priority list. I have never known anyone so selfless and dedicated as they are.
Forest Animal Rescue is a meticulously run organization on every level. The best care for each individual animal and running the non-profit with integrity are how I would describe this organization.

Forest Animal Rescue is one of the best run sanctuaries in the country. The owners not only care about the wellbeing of the animals, making sure they have everything they need to live out the rest of their lives happy and healthy, they are honest and run the day to day operation of the sanctuary with integrity.
