To be a part of the volunteering community was the best choice I made in 2022. The kids definitely appreciated the time put in to teach them team sports and learn the true meaning of teamwork. Not only that, they got to gain experience with something they may have never thought they would play in. It was also a great opportunity for me to grow when it came to teaching the kids new sports and even grow a lot more with patience (lol). It became very endearing when the kids would see you coming and shout "Hey it's Coach Josh"! I can't wait to jump back in the ring for the Summer volunteering and have no problem telling others how rewarding it truly is to hang out and coach in the programs we offer.
