We have had a great experience with Exceptional Equestrians over the last 8 years. Our daughter has been riding since she was 2 and looks forward to it each time. We have seen tangible results in her muscle tone, coordination and scoliosis. We have always had great Occupational Therapists (shout out to Carol!) who are knowledgeable, kind, motivating and thoughtful. Their dedication to their craft is noticeable and appreciated. Safety is also a big concern with horses and we always feel our daughter's safety is a priority. Although EE is over an hour away, we make the trip because it is worth it. Thank you EE for working tirelessly to take care of our kids!

Exceptional Equestrians is an incredible place where people with big hearts and talent help our kiddos. Our daughter has been riding there for 6 years. Our daughter was diagnosed with a genetic disorder that affects muscle tone, motor skills and behavior. She started riding at 2 years old at the recommendation of our doctor and has made huge gains in all areas. She is so much stronger and is so motivated to ride. We are willing to drive over 2 hours each week to go for hippotherapy. The instructors are knowledgeable, flexible, kind and high quality. The volunteers who side walk are also helpful, interactive and kind. When we've struggled with sensory issues, behavior or motor coordination, they've been a resource and have given us ideas to help. Our daughter looks forward to riding every week! We are so grateful for the amazing staff!!!
