I had the worst experience of my life I believe very sick with a immune disease I started a application the beginning of May with Jessica rapp for rental help she put me though complete hell she kept having me send her the same paper work over and over and over for a month and half I had to keep going to library doing my paper over and over again she mentally put me though hell and phycology I became very depressed stressed I got more sick instead of better she had me send a application 3 times she asked for me to send her my bank statements a couple of times every time she said ok this is all we need then the next day she would ask me to send her more paperwork and it was always the same paper I had already sent her she treated me badly now from May 7th till now June 19th I never received any help at all all I received was depression stress no sleep I'm more sick now with my disease when I'm supposed to be on a road to recovery she knew all this and what she was doing I told her and she continued to put me though hell anyway I talked to supervisor people in charge my roommate even went into office to tell people in charge what she had put me though no one did nothing at all but said she was following the rules she was not following the rules where does it say make me go though hell ask for repeated paper over and over for a month and half and don't stop keep asking for the same thing over and over that's total abuse mentally and someone's is sick as me physically depression and not got help at all she did this to me up to June 17th till I finally gave up still owe rent don't know what to do and now I'm so sick so depressed I have no energy for anything else this place is awful everyone that works here is awful and I have witness and email PROFF everything I will find away to make them pay for pain and suffering loss of income now I'm so deeply depressed and sicker than ever because of what she and workers in charge made me go though now I suffer MS April Adcox June 19th 2022 by the way she always had my roommate go though all this sending repeatedly paperwork going there everything why do people like this have a job like this when they don't do there job and get paid ? I'm getting a lawyer for pain and suffering mentally and physically pain and more
