Not having any experience -yet tons of curiosity - in the non-physical part of myself, I was only curious when I contacted Clear Light Arts - Ken and Nancy - to request assistance. Not sure what they would do, yet I was wanting to let go of some old memories that kept me sad and were not letting me live how I thought I could.
After a couple of talks with Nancy, she recommended a Heart & Soul Healing session with Ken. I was requested to work with four 'techniques' - the first three were quick. The fourth one - working with my breath - took me some time.
I also read the free book (The Way It Works) on the website homepage. That helped me understand even more about how my past was affecting my daily life. My head was so full of the 'past', I did not want it to keep repeating.
Then I had my session with Ken. I'm still working and reading and watching the YouTube videos on their channel. My head is clearer and my heart seems to be calmer. My body feels lighter.
Thank you Ken and Nancy - and Clear Light Arts - for helping those of us who really don't know how to help ourselves by ourselves.
