I was a donor for Arbor Day Foundation for many years until today after the way I was treated for an order of plants that were never shipped. One would think that after placing your order 2 and a half months ago and after two or three correspondences' inquiring about my order and they assuring it will be shipped only to find out that my spring shipping some how became fall shipping and by the way I do not consider the middle of November fall weather cant plant ground is hard especially where i live and cold . Called Arbor day and was essentially told it was my fault should have known April was too late to ship even knowing both the website and my order stated shipping in May. Plus Arbor Day stated it is too dangerous for the plants to ship now, why cause they had no intentions of fulfilling my order and were going to give me the run a round for as long as they could. Well not any more Arbor Day Foundation is a fraud all they want is your money and will never ship any as they dont want to hurt their precious plants.. I am proud to say I am a no longer a member of Arbor Day Foundation
