As a long time Board member I have watched this organization grow measurably stronger due to efforts to train, support, and unify the staff around its mission to serve parents and children who experience domestic violence. This internal focus has fostered greater capacity to provide a safe, sensitive, and nurturing environment for its clients and residents.
