Working at The Andrew Goodman Foundation has expanded my ability to work collaboratively in an encouraging, safe, forward-thinking environment. My supervisor is able to drive my tasks in the direction of my verbalized professional goals, and we work together to meet our KPIs while maintaining a person-first work culture. This role allows me to experience a diversity of tasks without feeling micromanaged. Couldn't recommend working at AGF enough!
