Such a great organization. Alpha Lambda Delta takes high-achieving undergraduates and provides them with a sense of community and purpose. All over the world, members of this organization are filling food banks, cleaning up streams, and raising money for local charities, helping each other develop a professional network as well as the "soft skills" needed to be competitive in today's workforce. Its dues are some of the lowest in the country and its offerings are unparalleled. They offer merit and study abroad scholarships, graduate fellowships, a rewards program, leadership certifications, diversity and inclusion training, and so much more. Alpha Lambda Delta is taking students from first year to career and making an impact in the world each and every day. I am proud that I can help advance ALD's cause on the Board of Directors.
