My Nonprofit Reviews

I have been fortunate enough to participate in two Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego programs that have helped me grow professionally and personally by deepening my understanding of the nonprofit sector and helping me to become a better leader. Fieldstone creates a space where conversations and shared connections with others in nonprofit fields help us all to strengthen our leadership skills and thus better serve our missions and the wider San Diego community.

As a nonprofit professional interested in continuing to grow as a leader both personally, and to better serve the mission of my organization, I have been grateful to participate in multiple learning opportunities through the Fieldstone Leadership Network of San Diego. Our staff and I all greatly appreciated the insights we gained together during the Equity Journey and the Equity Journey 2.0. We are committed as a group to continue growing and engaging on diversity, equity and inclusion and these were powerful opportunities to do this together. I was also able to participate in the Nonprofit Leaders Learning Group in 2022 and it was another wonderful chance to stretch myself as a leader and benefit from peer learning with an amazing group of nonprofit leaders from a variety of sectors. All these groups were very intentionally organized by FLNSD, from the big-idea themes down to the smallest details.
