Safe Dogs by the River is a wonderful organization. This organization goes above and beyond being an animal rescue. Safe Dogs By the River advocates for animal welfare, raises the public’s awareness of issues facing animals and their owners/caretakers and provides educational resources to assist in providing excellent care and safety to the public and the animals in our care.
