We had the best experience with PAWS New England! We saw the post for Mickey and immediately wanted to meet him. He was abandoned in a home in TN and was underweight, yet he was a very active and loving little dog. His foster mother, Kristin, was wonderful with him. She brought him over for a visit and we instantly knew we wanted him to join our family. Just before we were going to bring Micky home, he was diagnosed with kennel cough. Knowing we had an elderly dog in our household, Kristin kept him until his treatment was over and he was no longer a risk to our senior dog. He came with all his records and immunizations up to date and was neutered, all at the cost of the nonprofit. He is such an adorable addition to our family bringing us much joy every day. It is heartwarming to see an organization actually live out its mission, caring for these unfortunate dogs until they find their furever homes. They put the dog's wellbeing first and are devoted to their care and welfare. You can see that for Kristin, it is a labor of love. We are 2 years down the road and still so grateful for little Mickey and the blessings he brings us every day. Thanks Kristin and PAWS New England!

I adopted Mickey earlier this year. I saw his post on PAWS New England and fell in love with him! It was a very easy process to apply for him. His foster mother, Kristin, was so accommodating and helpful in the process. She got Mickey over to our house so we could meet him right away. It was obvious she took great care of him after his transport up from TN. She was flexible with dates and times and made all the effort to get him to me and follow up getting all his records to me as well. PAWS New England gave Mickey complete medical care and handed him over to me in great condition with all vaccinations up to date and all medical assessments done. He is a very happy, healthy dog despite his unfortunate start in life. It was a great experience dealing with PAWS New England. They did everything they said they would and didn't misrepresent anything. The people who staff this great organization are truly amazing animal lovers and go above and beyond in rescuing these dogs in need and caring for them until they find their furever homes. I'm so grateful to all of them for the opportunity to have Mickey come into my life!
