As a Veteran myself, I thoroughly look and seeked a non profit organization who is truly there for Veterans. Backpacks For Life, is led and backed (no pun intended) by Veterans. I've had the humble honor to work with this wonderful organization on a mission to help prevent homelessness within our Veteran community as a New Jersey Realtor. Sadly, millions of Veterans are not properly integrated back into civilian life. As a Nj Realtor, I entrusted to assist with this organization on that mission, and with success. The honor and joy that it came with assisting in their cause brought me closer to my Veteran community. Veterans need not be forgotten, and it's due to organizations like Backpacks For Life, Military Veterans have a fighting chance to have just as much success post military and we were while serving. Thank you Backpacks For Life, for having a mission that strives on after Veterans have retired their uniforms.
