I can't say enough good things about my recent volunteer and adoption experience. The staff members were wonderful to work with and it was such an educational experience as well. I was tasked with assisting the staff with cleaning, feeding and watering. It was an eye-opening experience being around such a variety of parrots. Seeing the different personalities was amazing! I especially enjoyed being introduced to all of the birds by name and hearing their back stories. On my first visit, I had only planned on staying a few hours but ended up spending the whole day each time because I had so much fun!

I'm not sure what's up with the recent negative reviews but they're obviously from people who haven't been to this place or somebody just wanting to cause trouble. I've been there the past 4 weekends and it wasn't anything like these other people described.
