I cannot recommend The Simonton Center enough. I desperately needed some help with my growing sense of hopelessness and fear in the face of a devastating lung cancer diagnosis. Karen Simonton and her team were exactly what I was searching for. The tools and techniques taught in the program helped dissolve a lot of the fear I was facing and gave me a firm foundation to stand on. I am truly grateful for this wonderful and empowering program and the people who run it. It has been such a lifesaver for me.
