The Tandana Foundation has provided me an irreplaceable opportunity to meet students on the other side of the world while also developing a deeper understanding of the best ways to build philanthropic relationships. As a student, I was privileged with the opportunity to raise funds for the Ulpiano Navarro school in Ecuador and receive an education around Ecuadorian culture. The donations I helped raise went toward repairs for the school and a new bike rack for the students. The whole process was incredibly fulfilling! I hope that more classes at my school and more schools in general will work with The Tandana Foundation and give this experience to other students too.
