Defensa Rincón does excellent work for the homeless animals of Puerto Rico. Here, in Puerto Rico, we have a huge problem of homeless cats, dogs, and horses as a result of human irresponsibility, but Defensa Rincón makes a difference by helping to control these animals and also finding them responsible homes. I am very grateful to them because they are helping me to control a colony of cats in Vega Baja through TNR.
