I was inducted in 2015 for doing extensive environmental communication and education work, decarbonizing my small business, organizing productive meetings of diverse experts, and other activities. What I discovered, is that IGIHOF brings together some of the most inspiring entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, adn market leaders in highly engaging ways. Many inductees are passionate about gathering with other green business leaders, sharing experiences, and helping young people learn, grow, and make connections to build and guide their careers. The Hall of Fame roster is impressive and influential. More importantly, IGIHOF often organizes first-rate educational and networking conferences to support the next generation of environmental leaders in the business community.

The International Green Industry Hall of Fame is unique because it combines recognition for environmental leadership with education for the next generation of leaders. The majority of annual recognition events include conferences that bring recognized leaders together with students to discuss strategies to transition to a cleaner, healthier future.
