We received a BINC Survive to Thrive Grant in Spring of 2021. These funds allowed us to design and implement a database system, which has been a game-changer for us. The new system has made a positive impact on multiple fronts and is saving us loads of time and money. We are able to provide a much better customer experience - and our booksellers feel like our days are more productive and fun.

BINC was remarkable to work with. The grant application was not overwhelming. BINC affirmed our goals, encouraged our creative thinking and hard work, and provided the financial boost we needed to see this project through. We will be forever grateful for their support - and the way they helped us turn an important corner and pursue more exciting ideas.
