Registered for a MDMA study. Got through the first two sets of qualifications. Have had PTSD for over 20 years. When I talked to a woman who said she was a nurse, was (condescending and had the worst bedside manner I have ever encountered), I proceeded to tell her about my PTSD. She seemed to doubt whether or not I was really diagnosed with it, even though I was diagnosed by both separate psychologist and psychiatrist.
Long story short got an email saying that I did not qualify. When I wrote back an asked they said that they could not tell me because of the ongoing study.
To make matters worse I got a call 6 months afterwards asking me if I was still interested in the study. I told them that I was interviewed 6 months ago and rejected, did their criteria change?
They apologized and said that I wasn't removed from the list properly.
Wow! Talk about unprofessional and disorganized!
BTW. I recently went down to Mexico to a 5 m e o d m t retreat.
After 20 years I am off ssris and my PTSD is essentially gone.
