We've been going to TCWR for 16 years! The Refuge is constantly evolving... constantly improving every aspect of caring for and enriching the lives of the beautiful animals they care for. The Turpentine team makes sure that animal well care is their number one concern. Not only for the animals that are in their care now, and in the past, but they constantly work for all the big cats that are privately owned, and shouldn't be, by fighting to get The Big Cat Public Safety Act passed. Visiting is wonderful, but spending the night at the Refuge is a treat we give ourselves 3 or 4 times a year! Going to sleep and waking up hearing the lions carol is one of my family's favorite things! Do yourself a favor and go check them out! ❤
