We got Ranger back in 2013 and he brought so much joy to our family. We fostered him at first, due to heartworm issues, but we knew he was never going back. He instantly became a part of the family. He was in the 2014 Fireman's Calendar, Mr. May, and in a commercial for Clear the Shelter. He was a special dog. The Charleston Animal Society is such a great group of individuals, who care about animals, and the families they get adopted into. They take in animals from all over, and they help the other shelters in their area, who don't get as much support from their counties. Sadly he passed Christmas Day this past year, but we know where to go when we are ready for another family member. They are the best at what they do.
