I have been apart of this organization for a number of years. I enjoy being part of this organization because of the amazing work we do to give back to our SFISD staff and students.

I have been on the Santa Fe Texas Education Foundation Board for a number of years in positions as President Elect, President and Past President. I have loved seeing growth of the foundation over the years and the impact the foundation has had on teachers, students, and staff of Santa Fe ISD. This past year we gave out over $82,000.00 in innovative projects and hope to give out more this coming grant cycle. We have funded projects such as STEM and Robotics and even purchased a Book/STEM bus!!! We love rewarding the outstanding staff of SFISD with our End of Year Excellence Awards.
