Assistance League of Kansas City is the MOST ORGANIZED group of women with whom I have the pleasure of being associated. I am not overstating here. They are kind, compassionate, caring and willing to take on the most difficult projects with a smile. From the Senior Outreach Service caring for seniors; Operation School Bell dressing thousands of underprivileged school children each fall; Assult Survivor Kits to help women who have been assulted providing clothing and necessities; Operation HUG supplies teddy bears to hospitals and emergency care workers; Assisteens are a group of young people helping the community and hosting holiday parties for Synergy House children; Operation Child in Need provides backpacks, and many other items; The Scholarship Committee provides scholarships to high school students.

Money to support these projects comes from THE ReSALE SHOP at 6601 N Oak Trafficway, Gladstone, MO 64118 and from many generous organizations and individuals.
