Review for Liberty Hill Foundation, Santa Monica, CA, USA
This past year I gave more money to Liberty Hill than any other organization. Why? Because, Liberty Hill is investing in long-term solutions to the most challenging problems facing L.A. and our nation - affordable housing, a true living wage, a healthy environment, gay and lesbian rights. They're not just slapping a band-aid on problems. They are funding real, long-lasting solutions.

Liberty Hill brings real Change, Not Charity to those most in need across Los Angeles County. It's not about giving the poor a fish, it's about teaching them to fish.

seeing the building of Esteban Torres High School in East LA. Thanks to Liberty Hill's funding and training, its grantees worked steadily to build the first new High School in decades to ease over crowding and provide a higher quality education
