#GivingBackSundays is a great non profit because they don’t just focus on one cause. They make sure to highlight & help a new one in their community. The new introduction to a cause teaches everyone more about what they’re donating to & maybe support that cause in the long run! They’re not just helping the community but also the donors through these fitness events. They’re attentive to each person’s level & they were able to modify in order for me to finish the whole set.
