Melinda Torres, thank you so much for your excellent customer service! I decided to donate to PVA after some research and was in need to 60 totes for a Navy reunion. After leaving many e-mails and phone messages i got a call from Milinda. Milinda saw my e-mail message from Oct 2021 and immediately called me in Jan 2022 and in 12 days i received the totes.
