It was a pleasure working with Udayan Care as a volunteer. The best part about the volunteering experience was the one-on-one interaction with different care leavers. It is very crucial to understand that different people behave differently and according to their own set of challenges, and I realized this when I interacted with multiple children. The volunteering experience taught me how to interact with different people according to their needs and their personalities. It was truly a learning experience for me.
