Heart Smiles is the best organization. In 2015, I got a chance to visit the orphanage in West Africa, Ghana. It was great experience; these kids are amazing and joy they provide when you are around them. Ama and her team are doing a wonderful job with these children. I am very proud to be a donor. Keep up the good work
