I am a volunteer for Arva Yoga and as so have only positive things to say about this wonderful organization. Arva Yoga has a class for everyone with multiple sessions available throughout the week with a variety of time choices. Arva Yoga is growing and always adding to their offerings as an organization. I have been treated with such love and respect by Vai. She is the most loving and knowledgeable person you will meet and I am so blessed to volunteer here. She is so selfless and looks after the needs of the clients and her volunteers. This organization is taking Yoga and offering to all who have a desire regardless of finances or location. I am so proud to be a part of this wholesome organization and helping to make Yoga accessible for all.
