Review for Hugs Project Incorporated, Oklahoma City, OK, USA
I began volunteering for Hugs when my son expressed interest in joining the Air Force while in college. Later, when he was sent to Iraq, we sent several care packages to him. He was always so encouraged to get the boxes and shared them with as many people as he could. Last fall he was transferred to a different base and as he unpacked, he found the special things he had saved from his "Hug boxes." He said it was as if he was receiving those boxes all over again. I am proud to be a part of an organization that makes our military feel appreciated.
