One of the things that I admire most about SERES is its commitment to local leadership at all levels, from it's youth ambassador's council to its executive leadership and board composition. Truly a stellar organization that is transforming the region.

The impact of SERES' work in Central America goes far beyond the organization's activities. From the co-leadership of two incredible young Guatemalan women, to the amazingly diverse team and youth network and yes, out to the hard work of youth volunteers working day in and day out to change their communities, what SERES does is inspirational. I can't wait to visit again soon!
