The Reggie White Foundation is amazing! I found the organization while desperately searching for a replacement CPAP. The CPAP my husband used had caused problems and was ultimately recalled by Philips, the manufacture.
I contacted our insurance and was informed they would not replace the equipment. They directed me to the manufacturer who informed us it would be six months to a year or more for a replacement and advised he no longer use the machine due to the Philips recall. We were now desperately in need of an answer. While researching for other CPAP companies, health providers, consulting with his doctors, and reading CPAP user reviews I found The Reggie White Foundation.
When I called The Reggie White Foundation I explained the circumstances to Sheri Fellat, Director. Her knowledge of the industry, concern for my husbands health, and her support gave us hope in a very stressful and critical situation. She immediately started the process to provide the right product and solution for my husband. As a result, in a very short time he was fitted correctly and using the CPAP therapy again. She has followed up and communicated with us and supported him throughout the process.
Prior to finding The Reggie White Foundation we had spent weeks trying to resolve this situation that was impacting his health and his work.
