I give to Smile Train in thanks because one of my great-grandsons was born with cleft lip and palate here in the UK where we are lucky to have the NHS to treat our children. He is a happy lively smart and well balanced beautiful child. I wish I could help all children born like this but will give what I can manage and be thankful
