The smiles on the parents says it all, but seeing the childs wish before surgery and afterwards and undoubtedly this is Life Changing Work that needs to keep helping others for free.
Will remember to donate every year, as long as I can.

Learned about this via Smile Pinki, the 2008 Academy Award winning short documentary.
