Benton family farms is a 4th generation nonprofit family farm. They are a passional and hardworking group of invalids that focus on educating the community about agriculture. Benton Family Farms provides many different programs that tailor to different parts of the community. For example, farmers Missy and Mary take the mobile trailer to many different schools, and after-school programs. During this program, the community gets hands-on experience with various farm animals. Such as chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, cows… extra. Benton Family farms also provide school tours. Lines of buses come during the fall to experience the farm. Children learn about many different farm animals and what the animals provide us. Along, with how the farmer keeps the animals happy and healthy. During the summer Benton Farms has a Farm Camp. Each week is different and full of educational fun. Camp is about making new friends, discovering what life is like on a farm. Lastly, Benton Family Farm provides space for birthday parties, induvial tours, and resections. They are a family that wants to bring the farm life experience to you and teach you where your food comes from.
