I "awoke" to find myself in a curled position on my side in a greyish area with a light in the near distance. The feeling of pure LOVE and pure PEACE will stay with me for the rest of my life. I am no longer afraid to die but I am certainly living a lot better than I was before the NDE. I asked where my daughter was and was super concerned about her well being. A mans voice, I can only assume was God, told me that "everything will be okay". I went from concern, to ultimate peace instantly. I was at such a low point when this happened, that feeling what I felt helped me to turn my entire life around and to see things as they truly are; all connected. I finally had hope.
