My son has been going to Adam's Camp for about 9 years. It is a camp where special needs kiddos get to be themselves and be accepted by their peers for all of their specialness. They get to work with different types of therapists while doing incredible activities that, in most cases, they don't get to experience in their everyday lives. Our son makes great strides in socialization, communication, cooperation and building self esteem while at the camp every year. He cries when it is time to leave at the end of the week because he enjoys the staff, volunteers, his peers and all of the activities so much. We feel so blessed to have found this camp and be a part of this community of support.
