Review for Organic Soup Kitchen, Santa Barbara, CA, USA
My nana was sick. She wanted matza ball soup. I paid $18.00 for some. When she opened the container, it looked like slime. YICK. Matza balls are supposed to be fluffy. These were weapons of mass destruction. Nana cried. We all did too. Shame on you, soup kitchen.

Dear Harry, I'm so sorry you had this experience, had you called us or warmed up the soup first you would have realized that the bone broth was homemade. Homemade broth jells up, you need to warm up the soup first. Please stop by for a complimentary soup of your choice for your Nana.
