Disappointed in the service.
When we first started out with Centerlight everyone was nice attentive to our needs,as time went on and my mom was lock in the system she hardly got a phone call to check up on her well being.
I tried 4 times to adjust her services and was repeatedly turned down after 4 appeals.
I was so disappointed that after this last turn down I set out to go with another agency.
They care about numbers not people in need.
