Over the last 3 years, this organization lacks accountability ethics that they have claim to be one of the major work values they uphold. They enroll young people into the program under false hopes and expectations, create devastatingly negative impacts on young people's lives in the area of finance and do not hold the middle management leadership accountable for their actions where the decisions made has created negative, toxic work environments for their staff and untrustworthy, unauthentic, fake working relationships with the students. I will no longer trust, or refer anyone (friends, donors, volunteers, businesses) to Year Up with all of their false statements for what they represent are not note worthy or life changing as they promote. As an alum of this organization, I am disappointed to hear what my friends have experienced which has been extremely disappointing and no longer an organization I will recommend. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
