ALD is an exceptional organization that has helped me grow in both my network and my skills. Through its annual conference, I was able to connect with members from across the country to share ideas and activities. I met people and was introduced to attitudes that I would have otherwise missed. On campus, ALD provides activities to both promote fun for its members as well as volunteer opportunities for the benefit of the surrounding community. I highly recommend ALD to any school or individual considering it.
