One of the essential things in life is supporting each other when there are complicated and dark times. Such as what we are all experiencing right now with Covid-19. Unfortunately, some people got hit harder than others, especially those living in rural areas where support is less likely to exist due to discrimination.
Luckily there are still people in this beautiful world who care, want to see others succeed for themselves, and more importantly, for their children and the children of their children.
I recently found Mil Milagros, and I was impressed, happy, and had all those good feelings when I heard what Mil Milagros’s goal. Their goal is kind, and it would make people’s lives better, healthy, and with a guaranteed job in the future.
I’ll hope more people will and continue supporting Mil Milagros so that they will continue providing the support to “Indigenous Maya leaders the resources and training they need to support their communities with food and hygiene supplies, essential vitamins for babies, and educational videos and podcasts for students and mothers.”
Mil Milagros, keep continuing to do the fantastic work you have been doing. You are the hope and example for many people.
