Review for Save A Forgotten Equine, Redmond, WA, USA

SAFE is an excellent charity, with of a Board of Directors comprised of the most experienced, compassionate, and knowledgeable horsemen. Having dealt with other supposed "rescues" in the past, I can state with certainty that SAFE is an organization that will put donations to productive and appropriate use, has the ability to make those funds stretch as far as possible, and most importantly, sees that the equines in their care truly get all treatments, training, and care that they will need to become valuable in the eyes of a potential owner.

I have seen the resulting happy "adoptions" of horses previously assumed to be "unwanted" or otherwise unworthy of life.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

I would like to see this organization receive additional funding, to help make their reach extend beyond the Pacific Northwest.

Role:  General Member of the Public & I have followed the stories of horses going through the rescue and adoption process, and have been given assistance in re-homing my retired horses.
