Review for Operation Gratitude Inc, Chatsworth, CA, USA

Rating: 5 stars

For the past 21 years our four dental offices has collected candy from our young patients who in turn receive cash back from us. This past year we donated 29 lbs. of candy to Operation Gratitude. We are very excited to share and help the troops overseas feel the warmth and love of home. Our dental staff is very honored to be a part of Operation Gratitude and to give back to our soldiers who are away from their families to fight for us.

Thank you Operation Gratitude for all that you do!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...

In knowing that all of the candy received from our young patients that they were rewarded and felt proud for helping our troops and for our dental offices as well - knowing that we can put a smile on our servicemen and women while they are struggling from being away from their families for a long period of time.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

Absolutely nothing - everything went well. Proud to see the end results!

It was a great experience seeing the effects of how we can all come together and help others. What a nice feeling that is - especially since our staff members have family/friends serving our country.

Proud to help our troops and put a "smile" on their face and more importantly - in their hearts!

Role:  Volunteer & I organized the candy buy back promotion for our offices, advertised it on the radio and in local newspapers, weighed each candy bag and gave money back to our patients who donated candy. Then I loaded up all of the candy and mailed the candy to O.G.
